Microsoft’s Windows 365 Cloud PC Service Now Available to Business and Enterprise Customers for $20 to $162 per User per Month

The next generation of Microsoft’s Microsoft 365 enterprise productivity suite is now available to corporate customers. The service, called Windows 365, is designed to help businesses use PCs and mobile devices more efficiently, with new features such as enhanced management tools and mobile device management.

For the past few years, Microsoft has offered Windows 365 in an attempt to make its cloud service more appealing to businesses. Recently, the company announced that its Windows 365 service is now available to business and enterprise customers, offering them the service for $20 to $162 per user per month, depending on the size of their deployment. For that price, businesses get a Windows 365 service that is hosted on Microsoft’s Azure data centers. It provides secure, manageable, and scalable solutions to manage Microsoft software in the cloud, and it includes a number of features, such as Microsoft 365 Advanced Threat Protection, which helps protect users from phishing attacks.

Microsoft is testing Windows 365, an enterprise-oriented set of services and apps that will let businesses sync up their inboxes, files, and devices with Microsoft 365, their cloud-based email service. The service offers secure office apps; a cross-device syncing service; and a document-sharing and storage offering for employees.. Microsoft has made Windows 365, its new cloud PC service, generally available.

Microsoft’s Windows 365 service, which is available for business and enterprise customers starting today, works by streaming the full Windows 10 (and Windows 11, when it becomes available) experience over the cloud, allowing users to access the operating system on almost any device that can run a web browser.

The ability to boot into the OS immediately, consistent workspaces that allow users to continue up where they left off, and complete support for popular corporate applications like Microsoft 365 are just a few of the key features that have been promoted with Windows 365. Microsoft has also touted Windows 365’s improved security, which is made possible by the company’s cloud’s advanced security capabilities.

Microsoft’s Windows 365 cloud PC service has 12 configurations, according to a new plans and pricing website, with the lowest starting at only $20 or $24 per user per month for a 1 vCPU processor, 2 GB of RAM, and 64 GB of storage. Users who want more speed from Windows 365 may upgrade to the 8 vCPU plans, which include 32 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of storage for $123 to $162 per user per month.

The Cloud PC harnesses the power of the cloud to provide a powerful, easy, and secure complete Windows 10 or Windows 11 experience to your employees, no matter where they are or what device they are using. Windows 365 offers an instant-on boot experience, allowing users to stream all of their customized apps, tools, data, and settings from the cloud to any device, including Windows, Mac, iPad, Android, and, soon, Linux. Regardless of the device, the Windows experience is consistent. Because the status of your Cloud PC stays the same even when you move devices, you can start up exactly where you left off.
